3, 4전시실 공간 접근성 안내

본 전시는 다양한 작품 감상 방식을 환영합니다. 필요한 경우 전시 감상을 위해 소리를 내도 괜찮으며, 작품 중 일부는 직접 만져볼 수 있습니다. 또한 전시실 내에 휴식 공간이 마련되어 있습니다.

• 전시실에 현장직원이 상주하고 있습니다.
• 전시실 내 모든 설명은 쉬운 글로 이루어져 있습니다.
• 전시실 내 직접 만져보며 공간의 구조를 파악할 수 있는 촉지도가 총 3개 있습니다. 촉지도는 3, 4전시실 입구와 서울박스 좌측 벽면에 위치해 있습니다.
• 전시실 내 아래와 같이 9개 작품에 대한 대화형 음성해설이 진행됩니다.
• 스피커는 작품 주변에서 누구나 들을 수 있도록 설치되어 있습니다.
• 헤드셋은 대화형 음성해설 작품 점자블록에서 손을 뻗으면 닿는 곳에 비치되어 있습니다.
• 전시장 벽에 비치된 작가 및 작품 정보에는 점자 안내가 함께 있습니다.

3, 4전시실 및 서울박스 공간 점자블록 안내

전시실 및 서울박스 공간에 점자블록이 설치되어 있습니다. 본 전시에 설치된 점자블록은 아래와 같이 총 4종으로 이루어져 있습니다.

• 선형 블록
  흰색
  세로로 긴 3개의 돌출된 선이 나란히 있습니다. 선이 향하는 방향을 따라 이동해도 괜찮다는 뜻의 블록입니다.
  
• 점형 블록
  흰색
  돌출된 원형 점 9개가 있습니다. 앞에 각종 벽, 출입구의 위치, 길의 끝 등이 있으므로 정지해야 한다는 뜻의 블록입니다.
  
• 작품 블록
  노란색
  중앙에 가로로 긴 1개의 돌출된 선이 있습니다. 해당 점자블록이 있는 곳 앞에 작품이 있다는 뜻의 블록입니다.
  
• 대화형 음성해설 작품 블록
  노란색
  기존 작품 블록처럼 가로로 긴 1개의 돌출된 선을 중심으로 각 모서리에 돌출된 원형 점 4개가 있습니다. 대화형 음성해설이 포함된 작품이 있다는 뜻의 블록입니다.
  

휠체어 이용 안내

• 미술관 내 모든 공간에 휠체어 접근이 가능하며, 엘리베이터를 이용해 이동할 수 있습니다.
• 미술관 안에서 사용 가능한 수동 휠체어는 코트룸에 요청하시면 누구나 대여하여 사용하실 수 있습니다. 코트룸은 정문 입구 우측, 미술책방 반대편에 위치해있습니다. 대여 시 신분증이 필요합니다.

장애인 주차구역과 화장실

• 지하 주차장에 장애인 주차구역이 총 15개 있습니다. 지하 주차장에는 매표소 및 전시실로 이동할 수 있는 엘리베이터가 있습니다.
• 장애인 화장실은 1층과 지하 1층에 있습니다. 장애인 화장실에는 기저귀 교환대가 비치되어 있습니다.

추가 안내 사항

• 미술관 내 모든 공간에 안내견 동반이 가능합니다.
• 1층 매표소 옆 스마트 키오스크가 있습니다. 키오스크를 통해 미술관 내 다양한 정보를 화면, 음성, 점자, 수어를 통해 안내받으실 수 있습니다.

이벤트 페이지 바로가기

• 장애인 및 65세 이상 노인을 위한 선예매를 진행합니다. 동행자 1인에 한해 함께 예매하실 수 있습니다. 그 외 관객의 경우 사전 예매가 불가합니다.
• 사전 예매는 프로그램 진행일을 기준으로 2주 전부터 본 예매 기간인 1주 전까지 7일간 운영됩니다.
• 그 외 각 프로그램 별 접근성 안내는 이후 홈페이지를 통해 공개할 예정입니다.

Accessibility Guide for Galleries 3 and 4

• This exhibition welcomes diverse ways of experiencing the artwork. Visitors are free to make sounds if needed, and some works can be touched. A rest area is also available near the galleries.
• On-site staff are present in the exhibition space.
• All exhibition texts are written in easy-to-understand language.
• There are three tactile maps available in the museum: outside to the right of the main entrance, in front of the public elevator on the ground floor, and at the entrance to the ground floor of the Education Building.
• Conversational Audio Guides are available for nine works in the exhibition:
• Speakers are installed near each piece so anyone can listen.
• Headsets are located within reach from the tactile guide blocks by the described works.
• Artist and work information on the gallery walls includes braille.

Braille Block Guide for Galleries 3, 4 and Seoul Box

• Braille blocks are installed throughout the exhibition galleries and Seoul Box.
• There are four types of braille blocks used in this exhibition, as outlined below.

• Linear Blocks
  White
  Three long, raised vertical lines are aligned in parallel. These blocks indicate that it is safe to move in the direction the lines are pointing.
  
• Dot Blocks
  White
  There are nine blocks with raised circular dots. It signals that you should stop, as there may be a wall, entrance, exit, or the end of a path ahead.
  
• Artwork Blocks
  Yellow
  This block has a single raised horizontal line in the center. It indicates that there is an artwork located in front of it.
  
• Conversational Audio Guide Blocks
  Yellow
  Like other Artwork Blocks, this one features a single raised horizontal line in the center, with four raised circular dots at each corner. It indicates that the artwork includes a conversational audio guide.
  

Wheelchair Accessibility Information

• All areas within the museum are wheelchair accessible and can be reached via elevators.
• Manual wheelchairs are available for use inside the museum and can be borrowed upon request at the coatroom. The coatroom is located to the right of the main entrance, opposite the museum bookshop. A valid ID is required for rental.

Accessible Parking and Restrooms

• There are a total of 15 designated accessible parking spaces in the underground parking lot. An elevator from the parking area provides access to the ticket office and exhibition halls.
  Accessible restrooms are located on the ground floor and basement level 1. Accessible restrooms are equipped with a diaper-changing station.

Additional Information

• Guide dogs are welcome in all areas of the museum.
• A smart kiosk is located next to the ticket office on the ground floor. It provides a variety of information about the museum through visual display, audio, braille, and sign language.

• Advance reservations are available for people with disabilities and seniors aged 65 and over. A maximum of one companion may be included in the reservation. Advance reservations are not available for other visitors.
• The advance reservation period operates for 7 days, from 2 weeks before the program date until 1 week before.
